Job Description
**Job Title:** TechELINT Analyst (Temporary) **Role Summary:** Provide advanced ELINT analysis for a U.S. Department of the Navy customer, producing pulse‑level and P‑Cubed analysis reports on diverse radar waveforms, and enhancing next‑generation EWIR models to support 5th‑generation weapons systems. **Expectations:** - Generate serialized ELINT reports (ELT, ELS, GAR, SAR, IROD formats). - Brief government customers on findings and recommend model fidelity improvements. - Respond to quick‑turn requests and manage multiple systems concurrently. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform TechELINT analysis on complex radar waveforms. - Produce detailed pulse‑level analysis reports. - Collaborate with electronic warfare engineers to integrate waveform behavior into simulatable EWIR models. - Deliver concise technical briefings to the government customer. - Maintain high‑quality analysis under tight deadlines across multiple platforms. **Required Skills:** - Advanced proficiency in MARTES, ESP, CATS, or ASPEN analysis software. - Proven track record of TechELINT reporting. - Strong written and verbal communication. - Working knowledge of EWIRDB, WRANGLER, CED, NTIPS, and IM&S (desired). - Familiarity with GALE 5 or the MIST ToolSuite (desired). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum of a high‑school diploma and 12 + years of TechELINT analysis experience *OR* a bachelor’s degree and 8 + years of TechELINT analysis experience. - Active TS/SCI clearance. - Completion of NCS courses SIGE‑2810, SIGE‑3810, or equivalent experience. ---
