**Job Title** Demand Generation Marketing Manager (6‑Month Fixed Term Contract) **Role Summary** Lead and execute integrated global demand‑generation campaigns across Hachette Learning’s print and digital educational solutions. Drive lead capture, nurture prospects, optimize the funnel, and accelerate pipeline growth while aligning campaigns with sales and product marketing objectives. **Expectations** - Consistently deliver qualified B2B leads to the sales team. - Increase conversion rates and pipeline velocity through data‑driven optimization. - Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and agency relationships within set parameters. - Collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, SEO, and paid media teams to ensure cohesive messaging and lead quality. - Support product launches and Amazon/trade sales initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop, launch, and manage end‑to‑end global demand‑generation campaigns targeting educators, institutions, and decision‑makers. - Design and execute lead‑generation tactics: email marketing, paid media, webinars, content syndication, and more. - Optimize marketing funnels: improve conversion rates, reduce drop‑off, and accelerate sales readiness. - Leverage marketing automation platforms to nurture leads, personalize outreach, and track engagement. - Coordinate with sales and product marketing to align messaging, ensure lead quality, and refine targeting. - Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools; adjust strategies accordingly. - Oversee campaign calendars, budgets, and external agency relationships. - Facilitate go‑to‑market activities for new product launches and support Amazon/trade sales strategies. **Required Skills** - Substantial B2B marketing experience, preferably in education/EdTech or publishing. - Strategic and analytical mindset with proven ability to run data‑driven campaigns. - Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication; adept at cross‑functional collaboration. - Proficiency with marketing platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, email marketing systems, Meta, Google Ads). - Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and campaign analytics tools. - Understanding of trade sales channels, including Amazon and external suppliers. - Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and external partners. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. - Marketing certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Pardot) preferred but not mandatory.
