Job Description
Job Title: Sales Manager – ERP Role Summary: Lead commercial efforts to secure new mid‑market and enterprise customers for Netsuite ERP across the UK market. Own the complete sales cycle, from lead qualification to close, while maintaining strong C‑suite relationships and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver compelling proposals. Expectations: - Proven track record of closing large ERP deals in a fast‑paced, lean environment. - Demonstrated ability to hit or exceed quota and build a robust pipeline. - Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable owning the full sales cycle. Key Responsibilities: - Drive net‑new ERP revenue by prospecting, qualifying, and closing mid‑market and enterprise deals. - Manage end‑to‑end sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing. - Build and nurture relationships with C‑suite and VP‑level executives. - Work with delivery, presales, and leadership teams to craft winning proposals and value propositions. - Conduct product demos when required. - Represent the organization at industry conferences, events, and partner engagements. Required Skills: - Strong experience in ERP sales, particularly Netsuite or comparable enterprise systems. - Deep understanding of the UK mid‑market and enterprise B2B sales landscape. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to build credibility and trust with senior decision‑makers. - Results‑focused with a high energy, self‑starter mindset. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field. - Relevant ERP sales certifications (e.g., NetSuite Certified ERP Sales Professional) preferred.
