Key Responsibilities: - Prepare comprehensive group travel quotes in collaboration with sales team. - Process and track group quotation requests and inquiries. - Provide technical follow‑up for all assigned travel dossiers. - Negotiate terms and rates with hotels, transport operators, and activity providers. - Coordinate itinerary details and ensure compliance with client specifications. - Maintain accurate records of group bookings and client communications. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of tourism destinations and industry trends. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer‑service skills. - High level of organization, attention to detail, and analytical thinking. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
