Job Description

**Job Title:** Graduate ERP Consultant **Role Summary:** Support the end‑to‑end implementation of Xpedeon ERP for construction and engineering clients. Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure modules, cleanse and migrate data, test functionality, prepare training, and provide post‑go‑live support, while maintaining detailed project documentation. **Expectations:** Develop proficiency in ERP consulting, client engagement, and industry best practices. Demonstrate adaptability, continuous learning, and a proactive approach to problem solving in a fast‑paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Facilitate client workshops to capture business requirements. - Assist senior consultants in configuring ERP modules to align with client processes. - Perform data cleansing, mapping, and migration activities. - Execute system testing, document issues, and support validation of functionality. - Prepare and deliver end‑user training materials. - Offer post‑go‑live support, troubleshooting and escalation. - Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, decisions, and progress. - Collaborate with technical, functional, and client teams to ensure project success. **Required Skills:** - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Basic understanding of construction, engineering, or project‑based business processes. - Client‑facing mindset and eagerness to learn. - Familiarity with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, COINS, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field. - Internship or up to 2 years of experience in ERP/software implementation or related domains preferred (not mandatory). - No specific certifications required.
