**Job Title:** Business Manager **Role Summary** Lead business growth by developing and managing a portfolio of key clients, recruiting engineering talent, and supervising consultants to deliver client solutions and drive profitability. **Expectations** - Build and sustain long‑term relationships with high‑profile clients in oil & gas, metallurgy, and nuclear sectors. - Identify new business opportunities and negotiate favorable contracts. - Attract and onboard engineering professionals to strengthen the consulting team. - Oversee consultant performance, ensuring high client satisfaction and project success. **Key Responsibilities** - **Client Portfolio Development** – Conduct prospecting, needs assessment, and contract negotiation; maintain client satisfaction metrics. - **Engineering Recruitment** – Partner with HR to source, screen, and hire qualified engineering candidates; manage interview pipeline. - **Consultant Management** – Provide coaching, resource allocation, and performance reviews for consultants; coordinate project delivery. **Required Skills** - Client relationship and account management - Sales / contract negotiation - Talent acquisition and candidate assessment - Leadership and team management - Excellent written and verbal communication - Project coordination and oversight **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum of a Master’s degree (BAC+5) from an engineering or business school - No mandatory certifications, but familiarity with consulting or project management tools is an advantage.
