**Job Title** Social Media Coordinator **Role Summary** Support the VP of Social Media in creating, scheduling, and monitoring content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other client accounts. Translate brand strategy into engaging visual and written assets, manage posting calendars, track performance, and identify growth opportunities. **Expectations** - Entry‑level role; prior social media experience not required but portfolio of creative work is essential. - Demonstrate strong visual sense, design sensibility, and attention to detail. - Self‑motivated, solution‑oriented, capable of independent and collaborative work. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Develop and execute social media content for Full Picture’s internal accounts and client accounts (entrepreneurs, celebrities, lifestyle and beauty brands). 2. Assist with strategy and content for Full Picture Productions and agency CEO’s LinkedIn/Instagram profiles. 3. Coordinate the social media calendar across teams; manage deliverable timelines and approvals. 4. Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and emerging channels; share insights with the team. 5. Identify community engagement opportunities; propose tactics to grow followership and shareability. 6. Engage daily with community members, responding to comments and fostering interaction. 7. Track and report on community metrics; suggest A/B test adjustments to improve performance. 8. Create, adapt, or edit visual and written assets, applying best practices for each platform. 9. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of publishing, listening, and reporting tools. **Required Skills** - Strong organization and time‑management. - Creative writing with the ability to tailor tone to distinct brand voices. - Visual storytelling competence and basic graphic design skills. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or equivalent (Canva, Figma). - Familiarity with social media publishing, analytics, and listening tools. - Insight into current digital culture and emerging social platforms. - Research and fact‑finding capability to spot trends, opportunities, and risks. - Excellent interpersonal skills; capable of working independently and in cross‑functional teams. - Motivated self‑starter with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not mandatory). - Demonstrated portfolio of creative/design work (portfolio, GitHub, Behance, or personal projects). ---
