**Job Title** International Commercial Director (M/F) **Role Summary** Lead the global expansion and distribution of four footwear brands. Develop and execute commercial strategies, manage an international sales team, and drive retailer growth across existing and new markets. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable business growth. - Maintain high standards of market insight and competitive positioning. - Foster a motivated, results‑driven international sales organization. - Align commercial initiatives with corporate objectives and global brand strategy. **Key Responsibilities** - Evaluate and prioritize existing and prospective international markets. - Draft and present comprehensive commercial strategies to senior management. - Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis, respecting cultural nuances. - Identify and pursue new retail partnerships; deepen relationships with existing partners. - Organize and represent the company at international trade shows and exhibitions. - Lead, coach, and develop a cross‑functional international sales team. - Monitor sales performance, report on KPIs, and introduce corrective actions when needed. - Create future‑oriented retail initiatives that secure long‑term group growth. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in international trade and retail strategy (preferably footwear or fashion). - Strong strategic thinking and business acumen. - Expertise in market analysis, prospecting, and partner development. - Event and trade‑show management capabilities. - Leadership, team motivation, and cross‑cultural communication. - Results orientation, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. - Excellent organizational and project‑management abilities. - Proficiency in English (mandatory); additional foreign languages a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or Fashion Management. - Demonstrated track record of significant international sales experience. - Relevant certifications (e.g., International Trade, Sales Management) are advantageous but not mandatory.
