Job Description
**Job Title**: Account Executive **Role Summary**: Generate, qualify, and close new B2B high‑value accounts, nurturing both new and existing client relationships. Drive revenue growth through disciplined prospecting, strategic outreach, and consultative selling, with the goal of advancing to senior sales leadership roles. **Expectations**: - Achieve quarterly sales targets and annual OTE goals within the first 12 months. - Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, consistently reporting key metrics. - Deliver significant upsell and renewal revenue, progressing to repeat business. - Demonstrate a hunter mentality for new business while maintaining a farmer approach to client retention. - Progress to Senior Account Executive and potentially Sales Manager based on performance. **Key Responsibilities**: - Prospect and generate new leads to expand the book of business. - Qualify prospects via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling, focusing on C‑level decision makers. - Conduct needs‑assessment conversations, translate insights into tailored solutions. - Negotiate and close contracts, achieving deal sizes ranging from €35k to €250k. - Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities and pipeline status. - Foster and nurture long‑term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business. - Travel nationally to meet clients and support product/service delivery. - Act as the client’s advocate in delivering event‑based solutions. **Required Skills**: - Minimum 2 years of proven B2B or B2C sales experience with high‑priced products. - Demonstrated success in cold‑calling and emailing C‑level executives. - Experience designing and executing strategic marketing email campaigns (preferred). - Strong listening, questioning, and emotional intelligence capabilities. - Hunter–farmer mindset with disciplined KPI tracking and organizational skills. - Proficiency in pipeline management and CRM usage. - Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred). - Any sales‑focused certifications (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Leader, HubSpot Inbound Sales) are an advantage but not mandatory.
