**Job title:** Junior Consultant (Full-Time)
**Role Summary:**
Support senior consultants on high‑sensitivity engagements across organizational psychology, behavioral analysis, and strategic advisory. Deliver diagnostics, research, stakeholder mapping, and briefing materials while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to global advisory protocols.

- Exceptional written and verbal English communication.
- Strong analytical, research, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in sensitive environments.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in diagnostic assessments, stakeholder interviews, and investigative analysis.
- Produce briefing notes, client summaries, analytical reports, interview guides, and presentation decks.
- Conduct behavioral, policy, organizational, and contextual research.
- Support the development of diagnostic reports and client recommendations.
- Map stakeholders, risk factors, geopolitical dynamics, and organizational patterns.
- Contribute to public‑affairs and B2B/B2G advisory projects.
- Coordinate project timelines, data collection, and internal workflow.
- Participate in virtual and in‑person client meetings; uphold strict confidentiality.
**Required Skills:**
- Native or near‑native English proficiency (flawless writing, editing, reading, speaking).
- Academic background in Humanities, Social Sciences, Psychology, Political Science, International Relations, Law or related fields.
- Excellent analytical and research capabilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for senior audiences.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, reliable, and adept with confidential material.
- Professional maturity, discretion, and sound judgment.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Humanities, Social Sciences, Psychology, Political Science, International Relations, Law, or equivalent.
- Acknowledgment of any relevant certifications in consulting, behavioral science, or public policy is advantageous.
