Senior Manager, CIO Advisory
**Role Summary**
Lead the design, delivery, and governance of information‑system transformation programs for large enterprise clients. Own the full consulting lifecycle—from strategic assessment and business case formulation to implementation and change management—while cultivating client relationships, mentoring junior consultants, and contributing to the development of the practice’s service portfolio.
**Expectations**
- Demonstrate a proven track record of ≥5 years in management consulting, with deep experience in IT strategy, operations, and digital transformation.
- Exhibit high levels of commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial mindset to co‑create new offerings and grow client engagements.
- Operate autonomously, managing competing priorities, budgets, and cross‑functional teams.
- Maintain fluency in English (C1) and strong written and verbal communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct enterprise‑wide IT transformation assessments, including maturity, cost, and energy‑efficiency analyses.
- Define and implement Strategic Plans, IT Operating Models, and sourcing strategies for client CIOs.
- Produce robust business cases, strategic notes, and performance dashboards to guide executive decision‑making.
- Lead implementation of Target Operating Models, process improvements, and cost‑optimization initiatives.
- Advise on M&A integration, technology adoption (Cloud, Networking, Workplace), and change management activities.
- Mentor and coach consultants on project execution, governance, and knowledge sharing.
- Partner with senior leadership to shape practice offerings, market positioning, and sales support.
