Job Description
Job title: Business Development Manager Role Summary: Lead the expansion of the partner program by identifying, engaging, and securing new partnership opportunities. Drive revenue growth, develop strategic relationships, and contribute to scaling the business through targeted outreach and partnership management. Expectations: - Achieve partner acquisition and sales targets. - Proactively explore and qualify new partnership prospects. - Maintain a high level of relationship quality and partner satisfaction. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align partnership initiatives with company strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential partners that fit the company’s target segments. - Initiate and manage outreach campaigns to prospective partners. - Lead negotiations and close partnership agreements. - Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to drive mutual revenue growth. - Track partnership performance metrics and report on progress to senior leadership. - Ensure partners are onboarded smoothly and receive necessary support and resources. - Continuously assess and improve partner program processes for scalability and efficiency. Required Skills: - Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Proven experience in business development, partnership development, or sales. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. - Familiarity with CRM and pipeline management tools. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Inside Sales Professional) preferred but not mandatory.
