Job title: Director Product Strategy Role Summary: Owns the long‑term vision, roadmap, and prioritization of a next‑generation SaaS media planning & buying platform, with a focus on AI integration. Drives cross‑functional alignment, strategic partnerships, and product adoption while leading a high‑performance product team. Expectations: - Deliver a cohesive product strategy that aligns with business goals and market demands. - Translate complex technical innovations into clear business value for stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Define and evolve the SaaS platform strategy, prioritizing partners, technologies, and solution areas. - Lead AI feature planning (agents, assistants, generative AI) within the platform. - Continuously scan technology, industry trends, and partnership opportunities. - Harmonize functionality across the operating system to create a unified user experience. - Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales to align solutions, consolidate capabilities, and drive adoption. - Work with customer‑targeting and emerging‑tech groups to integrate initiatives with core platforms. - Engage senior leadership on roadmap governance, negotiating priorities based on customer needs and strategic goals. - Provide people leadership: manage, coach, set goals, monitor performance, and conduct annual reviews. Required Skills: - 10+ years in technology partnerships, product management, or related role. - Proven track record of negotiating and managing complex technical systems. - Deep knowledge of software development and emerging technologies. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑driven decision skills. - Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management. - Demonstrated leadership and team‑management experience. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent work experience. - Industry experience in Advertising IT and/or Marketing IT preferred.
