Job Description
**Job Title:** Manager, Account Management **Role Summary:** Lead and grow Yami’s third‑party marketplace account portfolio, serving as the primary liaison for key strategic sellers. Drive revenue expansion through upselling, seller acquisition, and contract renewal while ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and high customer satisfaction. **Expectations:** - Maintain robust relationships with top accounts, proactively addressing needs. - Identify and capture growth opportunities within existing accounts and through new seller acquisition. - Ensure compliance with local and international marketplace regulations. - Mentor and develop the account management team toward quarterly KPIs. - Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver integrated solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, resolving inquiries and issues promptly. - Lead contract renewal processes, negotiating terms and ensuring timely execution. - Identify upsell and expansion opportunities, creating tailored growth plans for merchants. - Expand seller base, diversifying product categories and enhancing marketplace reach. - Partner with marketing, operations, finance, and compliance teams to align strategies and deliver solutions. - Track account performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership. - Mentor and coach account management staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. **Required Skills:** - Proven account management expertise in e‑commerce or 3PL environments. - Strong leadership, coaching, and team‑management ability. - Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and KPI reporting. - Business‑savvy communication in English (written and spoken); Mandarin fluency preferred. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced setting. - Knowledge of Asian CPG products, brands, and marketplace dynamics. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred). - Professional certifications in Account Management, E‑commerce, or Project Management are a plus.
