**Job Title:** Project Manager CFO/CFA (F/M)
**Role Summary:**
Lead the design, specification, tender evaluation, and construction oversight of environmentally focused electrical installations. Responsibilities span Low Voltage, EV Charging, Renewable Energy, PV system sizing, and generator units, ensuring compliance with client standards and relevant regulations.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver complete and compliant technical specifications at each design phase (Opportunity, PV Feasibility, Preliminary Studies, Technical Drawing, Proposals, Final Design, Construction Documents).
- Manage procurement processes, evaluate contractor bids, and support owner decisions for contract awards.
- Monitor construction progress, verify plans, coordinate technical meetings, and manage test & commissioning operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Size and design electrical installations for Low Voltage, EV charging (IRVE), renewable energy, PV systems, and generators.
2. Draft all technical specifications (spec sheets, detailed drawings, cost estimates) through every project phase.
3. Ensure all deliverables comply with client norms, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
4. Analyse contractor proposals, classify them per tender regulations, and assist the client in contract award.
5. Review and authorize contractor plans, track site progress, and facilitate technical coordination meetings.
6. Oversee pre‑acceptance tests, manage commissioning activities and final hand‑over.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong electrotechnical knowledge: distribution (HT/BT), power balances, PV sizing, and self‑consumption analysis.
- Proficiency in PVsyst, AutoCAD and related design tools.
- Excellent technical documentation and written communication skills.
- Project management aptitude: organization, precision, adaptability, and team collaboration.
- Familiarity with construction implementation of electrical projects.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s level qualification (Bac + 2/3) in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, Energy Efficiency, or comparable field.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in the tertiary sector, with proven involvement in electrical project design and management.
- Knowledge of French national standards (NF) and client specific requirements is advantageous.
