**Role Summary**
Lead EMEA partner strategy and execution for a fast‑growing SaaS company. Own revenue quota, develop executive‑level relationships with hyperscalers, global systems integrators, and ecosystem partners, and drive joint go‑to‑market initiatives that accelerate partner‑led revenue growth.

- Align partner activities with product, marketing, and sales strategies to maximize enterprise deal influence.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Own and evolve the EMEA partner strategy, tailoring global playbooks to local markets.
- Lead end‑to‑end partner lifecycle: identification, qualification, negotiations, and partnership agreements.
- Build and manage executive‑level relationships with hyperscalers (e.g., Microsoft, Google) and global SIs (PwC, Accenture, Deloitte).
- Design and execute joint go‑to‑market plans, co‑sell frameworks, and marketplace growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to align partner programs with customer needs and market trends.
- Monitor partner performance, pipeline health, and revenue impact; report to senior leadership.
- Build and develop a high‑impact EMEA partnerships team, fostering skills, ownership, and accountability.
- Share best practices and insights with global counterparts to ensure cross‑region alignment.
**Required Skills**
- Proven experience (10+ years) in B2B SaaS partnership development, especially with hyperscalers or global systems integrators.
- Strong understanding of cloud marketplaces, co‑sell models, and enterprise channel dynamics.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and deal‑closing capabilities.
- Ability to manage multi‑stakeholder relationships and influence senior executives.
- Track record of building and scaling partner programs that deliver revenue at scale.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Comfortable with travel (~35% of the time) and working in a high‑velocity growth environment.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification is preferred.
