Job Description: Job title: Business Manager Internship (M/F) Role Summary: An on‑cost arrangement where the intern will own a client portfolio, actively prospect and secure new accounts, recruit IT and cybersecurity talent, and support consultants during client engagements. The role blends business development, recruitment, and operational management to accelerate professional growth in a dynamic IT security environment. Expactations: - Build and sustain a robust client pipeline, achieving set acquisition and retention targets. - Identify, attract, and onboard top IT/Cyber talent to meet client needs. - Monitor consultant performance on the field and contribute to their success. - Demonstrate autonomy, organization, and persistence while collaborating with senior experts. - Communicate effectively in English and French, engaging clients and internal stakeholders professionally. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prospect prospects, open new accounts, and maintain client relationships. 2. Source, evaluate, and recruit candidates for IT and cybersecurity roles. 3. Follow consultants on missions, ensuring project objectives are met and client satisfaction high. 4. Contribute to process improvements in recruitment and client management. 5. Report on portfolio performance and recruitment metrics to leadership. Required Skills: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Basic knowledge of IT and cybersecurity concepts. - Proven ability in sales prospecting and account management. - Recruitment experience or aptitude for talent acquisition. - Self‑motivation, organization, and resilience. - Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher). - Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems. Required Education & Certifications: - Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent). - No specific certifications required; a background in business or technology studies is preferred.
