Job Description
**Job title:** Experienced Custom Travel Creator – Road Trip Specialist **Role Summary:** Craft and sell high‑end, multi‑destination itineraries for a premium clientele. Own the entire sales cycle, from consultative discovery to booking, while optimizing partner contracts to maximize margins. Build and nurture a loyal client base, develop key partnerships, and drive operational excellence. **Expactations:** - 3–5 years proven experience selling tailor‑made travel on phone/video. - Autonomous, self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commercial drive. - Fluent in English; written and spoken. Spanish proficiency is advantageous. - Deep product knowledge of long‑haul international routes and micro‑adventures in France/Europe. - Comfortable with Mac, CRM, internet and strong written communication (perfect spelling). - Interest or experience with AI tools in travel is a plus. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design complex, long‑leg and multi‑destination itineraries, injecting creativity and product expertise. - Manage the full sales cycle independently, mainly via phone and video, delivering impeccable service quality. - Negotiate and book flights, hotels, ground transport with partners, optimizing each file for maximum margin. - Grow a portfolio of repeat, ambassador‑level clients and cultivate mutually valuable partnerships. - Proactively identify and solve operational and strategic challenges to sustain growth. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience in bespoke travel sales (phone/video). - Strong commercial acumen, autonomy, and entrepreneurial spirit. - Excellent communication in English; Spanish desirable. - In‑depth knowledge of long‑haul travel and European micro‑adventure circuits. - Technical proficiency with Mac, CRM, and internet tools. - Uncompromising orthographic accuracy. - Ability to innovate and apply AI solutions to travel products. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3 minimum) in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field. - No mandatory certifications required.
