Job Description
**Job Title:** Business Development Manager **Role Summary:** Drive high‑quality sales pipeline development and lead qualification for a global SaaS GRC platform. Manage inbound and event‑generated prospects, optimize lead flow into HubSpot, and support sales enablement initiatives. **Expectations:** - Generate and qualify leads to meet BANT criteria. - Enhance event ROI through follow‑ups and re‑engagement. - Maintain seamless hand‑over to sales; sustain accurate pipeline and reporting. - Manage and improve CRM data integrity and sales tools performance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Qualify inbound leads and nurture prospects from event lists. - Follow up with event registrants to boost attendance and reduce drop‑outs. - Re‑engage dormant prospects and long‑cycle opportunities. - Record detailed notes for smooth handover to the sales team. - Represent company at selected industry events and conduct strategic outreach. - Capture, clean, and update marketing‑generated data in HubSpot. - Build targeted outreach lists and develop outbound campaigns aligned with the GTM strategy. - Maintain and optimise Salesflow, Sales Navigator, and other prospecting tools. - Monitor pipeline movement; ensure timely progression through stages. - Keep HubSpot deal and contact data current for forecasting and reporting. - Provide insights, reports, and support for departmental OKRs and KPIs. **Required Skills:** - 2–4 years of business development, sales operations, or customer success experience (SaaS/GRC/enterprise software preferred). - Proficiency with HubSpot CRM. - Experience with sales enablement tools (Sales Navigator, Salesflow, etc.). - Proven lead qualification and pipeline management. - Data‑driven analytical mindset; ability to build and interpret reports. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Detail‑oriented, proactive, and thrives in fast‑paced, growth‑focused environments. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (preferred). - No specific certifications required.
