Job title: Internal Sales & CRM Administrator
Role summary:
Supports Business Development and Digital Marketing teams by qualifying leads, managing inbound and outbound sales activities, maintaining a CRM (Zoho), and contributing to sales strategy and market insight for investment migration products.
Expectations:
· Drive sales pipeline growth through lead generation, qualification, and nurturing.
· Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer data and sales metrics.
· Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, and events teams to achieve targets.
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify, qualify, and prioritize B2C and B2B leads via cold calls, email campaigns, online research, and digital marketing sources.
2. Manage inbound inquiries (including WhatsApp) and schedule follow‑ups to keep leads engaged.
3. Conduct product demonstrations, prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts for partners.
4. Run outbound outreach to potential partners and stakeholders.
5. Track performance metrics, generate regular reports on calls, leads, and deals closed, and analyze data for improvement.
6. Conduct market research on trends, competition, and opportunity mapping.
7. Coordinate with marketing on lead‑nurturing campaigns and promotional events.
8. Maintain and expand customer database, update CRM records, and implement automation and reporting in Zoho.
9. Support event collateral distribution and client outreach initiatives.
Required skills:
· Inside sales experience (2–4 yrs) with proven target attainment.
· Proficient in CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
· Strong communication, negotiation, and customer‑relationship building.
· Analytical mindset for data trend analysis and reporting.
· Multitask, time‑management, and independent team collaboration.
· Fluent in English; additional languages valued.
· Interest in global citizenship, travel, and international business.
Required education & certifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
· Relevant certifications in sales or CRM (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Zoho CRM certification) are advantageous.
