Marketing Specialist
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end marketing activities for a B2B SaaS AI platform. Drive product messaging, content creation, webinars, campaigns, and event execution to generate qualified leads and accelerate go‑to‑market velocity.
**Expectations**
- Deliver measurable lead generation and brand awareness metrics.
- Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, business‑focused value propositions.
- Maintain an active content calendar across LinkedIn, websites, email, and video channels.
- Coordinate with product, sales, design, and engineering to produce aligned collateral and product launches.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Craft compelling product messaging and sales enablement assets (one‑pagers, decks, datasheets).
- Produce and manage social media, SEO, landing pages, and newsletters.
- Plan, promote, host, and follow‑up on webinars, including topic selection and analytics.
- Execute full‑funnel marketing campaigns for launches, webinars, and feature updates.
- Lead event marketing (conference booths, collateral, speaker scripts, post‑event campaigns).
- Build brand presence across North America and global markets through consistent content.
- Collaborate with designers, editors, and video teams to create short‑form marketing videos and graphics.
**Required Skills**
- 3–6 years in B2B SaaS, AI, or cloud enterprise software marketing.
- Strong storytelling and simplification of technical concepts.
- Proficiency in content creation (LinkedIn posts, website copy, email, video scripts).
- Hands‑on webinar planning, promotion, hosting, and nurturing.
- Full‑campaign execution capability.
- Design skills or experience with Canva, Figma, CapCut, Adobe, or AI video tools (Synthesia, Runway).
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, startup environment.
**Nice‑to‑Have Skills**
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric or Databricks partner ecosystem.
- Product marketing background in AI, automation, or analytics.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or other marketing automation tools.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary creative teams.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- No mandatory certifications required; Marketing or Product Marketing certifications are a plus.
