**Job Title**: AI Automation Analyst
**Role Summary**
Design, prototype, and deploy AI‑driven automation workflows to optimize business processes across a SaaS environment. Partner with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to identify high‑impact automation opportunities, build pilots, and cultivate internal AI fluency.
**Expectations**
* Individual contributor with 3+ years in operations, process design, or product automation within a technology or SaaS organization.
* Proactive, data‑driven mindset focused on measurable business impact.
* Comfortable presenting to executives, collaborating with IT/Data/Operations, and teaching teams to build autonomous workflows.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Work with executives and department leaders to spot opportunities for workflow automation and AI integration.
* Map, design, and prototype end‑to‑end AI workflows using tools such as n8n, Gumloop, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms.
* Build and launch automation pilots that reduce manual effort, lower costs, or improve employee experience.
* Deliver training and documentation to empower teams to create and sustain their own automations.
* Stay current on emerging AI technologies (LLMs, task agents, automation platforms) and evaluate their applicability.
* Collaborate with IT, Data, and Operations to secure, scale, and integrate automations with existing systems.
* Develop playbooks, experiment frameworks, and performance metrics to guide best practices.
* Measure, report, and communicate the impact of automation initiatives (time savings, adoption rates, efficiency gains).
**Required Skills**
* 3+ years of experience in operations, process design, workflow automation, or product roles within SaaS/technology.
* Hands‑on proficiency with AI‑native automation platforms (n8n, Gumloop, Make, Zapier).
* Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including large language models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), task‑based agents, and workflow orchestration.
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to engage executives and cross‑functional teams.
* Proven ability to translate business challenges into actionable automation solutions.
* “Teach and do” mindset—willingness to build solutions and coach others to be self‑sufficient.
**Required Education & Certifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Process Management, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* Relevant certifications in automation tools or AI technologies are a plus.
