**Job Title:** Business Development Manager **Role Summary:** Drive sales of high-end lighting solutions to luxury market clients, expanding business through strategic development initiatives. **Expectations:** Achieve revenue growth by targeting High-Net-Worth individuals, architects, interior designers, and contractors involved in premium residential and commercial projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Proactively identify and pursue business opportunities in the luxury lighting sector. - Develop and execute sales strategies to secure contracts for high-value installations (exclusive apartments, chalets, hotels, etc.). - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including architects and designers, to position products in high-end projects. - Collaborate with technical teams to define product specifications and client requirements. **Required Skills:** - Proven track record in sales or business development within the luxury goods/interior design sector. - Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills for high-net-worth clientele. - Understanding of lighting product specifications and design integration. - Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision in a competitive market. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field. - Certifications in sales methodology or luxury product sales (preferred).
