Job Description

**Job Title:** Full Stack Developer **Role Summary:** Develop, test, and maintain secure, scalable web applications using the PERN/MERN stack. Collaborate with product, developer, and client teams to design feature-rich solutions for enterprise-level use, ensuring high performance, reliability, and adherence to best practices. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality code within Agile sprints. - Act as the primary technical liaison with state‑government clients. - Uphold security, performance, and scalability standards. - Communicate effectively with international teammates. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications (React, Node.js). - Build and optimize database models with PostgreSQL/Sequelize ORM. - Integrate third‑party services (Microsoft, Zoom, Okta, Azure MFA, payment gateways). - Implement RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming patterns. - Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues. - Participate in peer code reviews and CI/CD pipeline management. - Produce and maintain technical documentation (architecture, processes). - Coordinate with US‑based clients and international teams on progress and scheduling. **Required Skills:** - 4+ years software engineering on large‑scale, mission‑critical enterprise applications. - Proficiency in ReactJS, Node.js, and Core JavaScript (ES6+). - Strong understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and Sequelize ORM. - Experience with AWS cloud services. - Solid grasp of JS fundamentals: inheritance, OOP, promises, callbacks, event handling. - Familiarity with authentication/authorization (Okta, Azure MFA). - Knowledge of RESTful APIs and async programming. - Version control using Git in Agile environments. - Debugging and problem‑solving skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication for technical and non‑technical audiences. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field. ---
