**Job title:** Data Analyst **Role Summary:** Analyze, clean, and visualize data to inform strategic decisions in a weight‑inclusive health care setting. Deliver actionable insights through SQL, Python, and BI dashboards while ensuring data quality and integrity. **Expactations:** - Work independently on data queries, analysis, and reporting. - Communicate findings clearly to cross‑functional teams and senior leadership. - Maintain data accuracy, documentation, and security standards. - Continuously improve analytical methods and tooling. **Key Responsibilities:** - Query, organize, and maintain datasets from multiple sources using SQL. - Perform statistical and trend analyses in Python to uncover patterns. - Design, develop, and update interactive dashboards using Hex, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. - Compile reports and presentations to convey insights to stakeholders. - Validate and test data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. - Collaborate with product, clinical, and operations teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions. - Self‑directed learning of new analytical tools, techniques, and industry best practices. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in SQL and Python (pandas, numpy, matplotlib, seaborn). - Familiarity with Snowflake data warehouse (plus). - Experience with BI platforms (Hex, Tableau, Power BI, Looker). - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple priorities independently or in a team setting. - Growth mindset and adaptability to evolving technologies. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
