**Job Title** Sales Manager – Marketing & Acquisition **Role Summary** Lead the acquisition, development, and retention of B2C digital advertising clients. Manage the full client lifecycle from prospecting and brief through campaign execution and billing, ensuring measurable performance and client satisfaction. **Expectations** - Meet or exceed annual sales targets and revenue growth objectives. - Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects. - Deliver high‑quality, customized strategic recommendations and proposals. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Prospect and secure new advertisers using targeted outreach and internal marketing campaigns. 2. Manage client relationships end‑to‑end: brief intake → strategy development → operational execution → invoicing. 3. Present strategic recommendations and tailored offers to prospects and existing accounts. 4. Collaborate cross‑functionally with creative, technical, account, and billing teams to optimize campaigns. 5. Represent the agency at industry events and trade shows to generate leads and strengthen the brand. **Required Skills** - Strong commercial drive and “hunter” mentality. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into action. - Proficiency in CRM systems and sales pipeline management. - Creative thinking for developing innovative digital marketing solutions. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3 or higher) in Marketing, Business, or related field. - 3–5 years of relevant experience in a marketing agency, media buying, or advertiser setting. - No additional certifications required, but knowledge of digital advertising platforms (programmatic, social, email, SMS) is a plus.
