**Job title** Product Marketing Manager – Aging (Luxury Skincare) **Role Summary** Lead the development and lifecycle management of luxury skincare products targeting the aging segment. Translate brand vision into actionable plans, benchmark competitors, shape product concepts, and drive market performance while coordinating cross‑functional teams. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑impact product strategies that resonate with professional distributors and luxury consumers. - Meet project milestones, stay within budget, and maintain rigorous tracking of commercial KPIs. - Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders in both French and English. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Conduct market & competitive analysis, create product rationales and segmentation. 2. Develop concepts, positioning, and 360° product families aligned with brand strategy. 3. Revise and animate the existing product catalogue. 4. Oversee project governance—define retro‑plannings, control timelines, and ensure budget compliance. 5. Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and propose actionable improvements. 6. Collaborate with R&D, Sales, Distribution, and Brand teams to align product launches. **Required Skills** - Expertise in luxury skincare product development and marketing. - Strong conceptual thinking: turning opportunity insights into refined product ideas. - Market research, competitive benchmarking, and segmentation analysis. - Project management (Agile methods preferred), including scheduling and budget oversight. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; fluent written & oral French & English. - Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder‑management capabilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree + 4–5 years in Marketing (BAC + 4/5) or equivalent. - Preferred: advanced marketing or cosmetics industry specialization. - Project‑management certification (PMP, Prince2, equivalent) is advantageous.
