Job Description
Job Title: Senior Commercial Manager – Dental (France) Role Summary: Lead the launch and expansion of a dental SaaS solution in the French market. Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and drive rapid revenue growth by securing strategic B2B clients across SMEs, clinics, labs, and distributors. Expactations: Minimum 5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of closing contracts with SMEs. Proven hunter mindset, structured sales pipeline management, and fluency in French and English (German a plus). Deep knowledge of the French dental/health market or related supply‑chain processes and experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce). Key Responsibilities: - Execute end‑to‑end sales cycle: discovery calls, demos, ROI analysis, negotiations, and closing. - Own the French sales territory: plan itineraries, schedule client meetings, and drive field engagement. - Build and nurture a network of commercial and integration partners; generate qualified leads through existing relationships. - Maintain accurate CRM data, manage pipeline using clear KPIs, and produce reliable revenue forecasts. - Represent the company at events, webinars, and conferences; develop client testimonials and case studies. - Provide actionable market intelligence and competitive insights to marketing and product teams. - Coordinate cross‑functional projects, aligning with product roadmaps and marketing initiatives. - Travel up to 50 % of the time within France to meet clients and partners in person. Required Skills: - B2B SaaS sales expertise, hunter mentality, and relationship‑centric selling. - Strong command of French and English; German is a plus. - Advanced CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce) and data‑driven decision making. - Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple stakeholder projects with clear timelines. - Autonomous territory management and self‑motivated schedule planning. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field. - Preferred: Professional sales certifications (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Leader, SaaS Sales Certification).
