Job Description
Job title: Salesforce Administrator Role Summary: Administers, supports, and optimizes Salesforce across multiple clouds, ensuring efficient license management, data integrity, and user adoption. Expectations: Deliver reliable system performance, maintain compliance with licensing terms, provide responsive user support, and stay current with Salesforce releases to enhance processes. Key Responsibilities: - Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets. - Monitor and allocate Salesforce licenses within contractual limits. - Provide first‑level support for data and access issues. - Assess new Salesforce releases, recommend and implement enhancements. - Conduct training and provide ongoing assistance to end users. - Develop and document best‑practice processes in a fast‑moving environment. - Configure system settings, security models, and automation tools. - Perform data imports, exports, updates, and deletions while ensuring accuracy. Required Skills: - Expertise with Salesforce deployment tools and release management. - Deep understanding of Salesforce security, automation, and reporting. - Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication abilities. - Ability to prioritize multitasks and work independently. Required Education & Certifications: - 3+ years as a Salesforce Administrator in a professional setting. - Salesforce Administrator certification preferred. - Bachelor’s degree is helpful but not required. - 1+ year of help desk or customer service experience is helpful but not mandatory.
