Job Description
Job title: Research Analyst (Undergraduate Summer Internship 2026) Role Summary: 8‑week summer internship supporting consulting teams with quantitative and qualitative research, data analysis, modeling, and client deliverables in a collaborative environment. Expactations: Deliver data‑driven insights, create clear visualizations and reports, conduct stakeholder interviews, and contribute to internal knowledge initiatives while learning consulting methodologies. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct research, data cleaning, and synthesis for live client projects. • Utilize Excel, Power BI, or similar tools to develop models, dashboards, and diagnostic measures. • Prepare and present findings, reports, and workshop materials to clients and internal audiences. • Participate in stakeholder interviews, workshops, and internal thought‑leadership projects. • Attend training and apply consulting frameworks to support recommendations. Required Skills: • Strong analytical and numerical skills; experience with pivot tables, formulas, and charts. • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). • Excellent written and verbal communication for non‑technical audiences. • Curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to learn and collaborate. • Passion for people, culture, and organizational improvement. Required Education & Certifications: • Current undergraduate student (enrolled in a relevant program), expected graduation after project start date.
