**Job Title:**
Data Manager – Full Time (F/M)
**Role Summary:**
Drive the enterprise’s data strategy, ensuring data quality, governance, and architecture support business objectives. Lead cross‑functional initiatives, collaborate with IT and business units, and shape data-driven decision making.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data management and value‑creation.
- Strong autonomy, commitment, and team spirit.
- Ability to rally and mentor business stakeholders.
- Proficient in English (conversational to advanced).
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define and champion the company’s data vision, aligning with business and tech priorities.
- Build, maintain, and execute a pragmatic data roadmap.
- Establish robust data governance (standards, catalogs, best practices).
- Define security and compliance rules for data flows and processing.
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and availability across systems.
- Contribute to IT urbanization and enterprise architecture decisions.
- Design and evolve data architectures.
- Lead end‑to‑end data projects: BI, MDM, data quality, AI, data flows, reference models.
- Prioritize business needs, author specifications, and shape projects.
- Foster a company‑wide data culture and identify internal data champions.
- Accelerate data literacy and skill development within teams.
- Maintain active monitoring of data technologies, standards, and best practices.
**Required Skills:**
- Expertise with integration platforms/APIs and ETL tools (e.g., Talend, ESB).
- Deep understanding of data architecture, pipelines, and reference models.
- Project management in a cross‑functional, collaborative IT environment.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and strategic planning abilities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Proficient in English.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Master’s level (Bac + 5) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
- Proven track record of 5 + years in data management and enterprise data initiatives.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Talend Certified Developer, Data Governance or MDM) preferred but not mandatory.
