**Job Title** Account Executive Intern – Business Development & Partnerships **Role Summary** Part‑time (10–20 hrs/week, 3–6 months) volunteer internship focused on generating, qualifying, and managing business opportunities in the climate‑tech and sustainability consulting arena. Responsible for outreach, pipeline management, and support of proposal processes for target sectors such as airports, ports, data centers, and hydrogen/energy hubs. **Expectations** - Build a well‑organized pipeline of qualified leads. - Conduct 4–8 focused outreach conversations per month with key contacts. - Maintain accurate, reusable CRM entries, outreach templates, and proposal drafts. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Prospect and qualify leads across target industries. 2. Design and execute outreach sequences (email, LinkedIn, calls). 3. Update and maintain CRM records (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Airtable). 4. Prepare briefing notes, outreach templates, and concise one‑page proposals. 5. Coordinate introductory calls and manage follow‑up activities. 6. Track RFP/FOA timelines and support proposal development. 7. Compile pipeline reports and weekly updates for leadership. **Required Skills** - 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or related internships (startups, consulting, climate‑orgs). - Strong written and verbal communication in English (Italian or other languages a plus). - Proficiency with LinkedIn outreach tools and basic CRM platforms. - Highly organized, persistent, and comfortable with proactive outreach. - Interest in sustainability, aviation, and energy systems. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, environmental science, or related field, or current enrollment in an undergraduate/graduate program. - No specific certifications required.
