Job Title: SENIOR TECHNICAL / DESIGN ENGINEER
Job Description: Job title: Senior Technical / Design Engineer Role Summary: Design, analyze, and deliver compliant scaffolding, formwork, and shoring systems (Ringlock). Produce AutoCAD/3D drawings, perform load calculations, ensure adherence to EN 12810, 12811, 12812 standards, support sales in tenders, and provide on‑site technical assistance. Expectations: Deliver accurate, safety‑compliant designs on schedule; support bid preparation and site implementation; maintain high standards of technical excellence and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Design and analyze Ringlock scaffolding, formwork, and shoring solutions. - Produce detailed AutoCAD/3D models and drawings. - Conduct load and structural calculations. - Ensure all designs meet EN 12810, EN 12811, and EN 12812 requirements. - Provide technical support to sales teams during tender processes. - Visit construction sites to verify installation, troubleshoot issues, and offer expert guidance. - Collaborate with project managers and construction personnel to resolve design and implementation challenges. Required Skills: - Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Avontus, Revit, or Tekla preferred. - Strong knowledge of EN standards and load calculation methods for scaffolding, formwork, and shoring. - Solid experience in structural analysis and design. - Excellent technical documentation and drawing skills. - Effective communication and teamwork abilities; capable of supporting sales and field teams. - Detail‑oriented, analytical, and problem‑solving mindset. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s (Bac+3) to Master’s (Bac+5) degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. - Minimum 5 years’ experience in scaffolding, formwork, or shoring design. - Relevant certifications in structural design or construction engineering are an advantage.
