Job Description
Job title: Regional Enterprise Manager (B2B, H/F/X) Role Summary: Lead and expand B2B automotive activity in the Nord–Est region. Manage dealership network, develop fleet and leasing relationships, execute territorial commercial plans, analyze performance, and drive cross‑national projects. Expectations: - Deliver the enterprise strategy within the region. - Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet customers and leasing operators (LLD/LCD). - Grow dealership capabilities and support teams in client visits. - Identify local business opportunities and create actionable plans. - Monitor key metrics (volume, penetration, mix) and recommend corrective measures. - Manage national initiatives such as B2B tools, leasing solutions, training, and network performance. - Contribute to financing and mobility activity (LOA, LLD, Rent/Mocean). Key Responsibilities: 1. Deploy enterprise strategy across the Nord–Est territory. 2. Motivate and guide concession partners through fleet client engagement. 3. Expand relationships with local leasing operators and fleet managers. 4. Create and execute local action plans based on market opportunities. 5. Analyze sales performance, develop insights, and propose actions. 6. Lead national trans‑functional projects (B2B tools, leasing, training, network performance). Required Skills: - Minimum 5 years B2B automotive experience (manufacturer, leasing, dealership). - Proven network management and field‑sales expertise. - Strong client and leasing relationship management. - Advanced Excel and reporting tool proficiency. - Professional English communication. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree or higher (Bac+5) in business, marketing, or related field.
