**Job Title:** Product Management Intern **Role Summary:** Part‑time (15–20 hrs/week) Product Management Intern focused on supporting the product team of an AI‑enabled underwriting platform. Works with engineers, designers, and analysts to execute product initiatives, conduct user research, analyze data, and contribute to strategy and operations. **Expectations:** - Deliver actionable research findings and data insights. - Collaborate on backlog grooming, road‑mapping, and iterative releases. - Communicate clearly with cross‑functional teams and document outcomes. - Take initiative on small projects and learn full product lifecycle. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct qualitative & quantitative user research. - Analyze usage metrics, run A/B tests, and report insights. - Assist in defining product requirements and user stories. - Support backlog prioritization and sprint planning. - Create and maintain documentation (specs, roadmaps, JIRA tickets). - Liaise with engineering for feature implementation and testing. - Participate in design reviews and user‑experience iterations. **Required Skills:** - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Effective written and verbal communication, with ability to summarize insights. - Comfortable working with data to inform decisions. - Familiarity with product tools (Jira, Notion, Figma) is a plus. - Collaborative mindset, self‑motivated, fast‑learner. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Current student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical/analytical field. - No specific certifications required.
