Job Description: **Job Title:** IT Operations Infrastructure Analyst **Role Summary:** Serve as a critical support point for IT operations by resolving service desk and infrastructure issues, ensuring system reliability, and optimizing IT environments to align with business needs. **Expectations:** Hybrid role (three days onsite).
