Job Description
**Job Title:** IT Operations Infrastructure Analyst **Role Summary:** Serve as a critical support point for IT operations by resolving service desk and infrastructure issues, ensuring system reliability, and optimizing IT environments to align with business needs. **Expectations:** Hybrid role (three days onsite). Requires 3+ years in IT Operations with focus on infrastructure and service desk support. **Key Responsibilities:** - Resolve complex service desk escalations and infrastructure issues promptly. - Monitor servers, storage systems, and IT infrastructure for performance, security, and compliance. - Execute system updates, patches, and hardware/software upgrades. - Analyze recurring IT issues to implement preventive solutions. - Support cloud (Azure, AWS) and hybrid infrastructure environments. - Maintain backup/recovery systems to ensure data integrity and disaster resilience. - Develop/maintain service desk policies and document best practices. - Track and report KPIs for operational improvement. - Collaborate with infrastructure architects on scalable, reliable systems. - Provide user training and technical documentation. **Required Skills:** - Windows server management and troubleshooting. - Networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls). - Proficiency in HCI technologies (Nutanix, VMware). - Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS). - Scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python). - Enterprise backup solutions (Commvault, Rubrik). - ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience. - No mandatory certifications listed.
