**Job Title** Commercial Assistant – Internship **Role Summary** An entry‑level, 6‑month internship supporting commercial development and prospect qualification for a leading fragrance & cosmetics ingredient supplier. **Expectations** - Deliver effective prospecting and follow‑up in a fast‑paced industrial setting. - Produce targeted outreach content and maintain accurate prospect data. - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create tailored presentations. **Key Responsibilities** - Qualify identified prospects and assess their commercial potential. - Draft personalized cold‑mail campaigns and conduct phone outreach to secure appointments. - Create and update an Excel dashboard with prospect contact information. - Analyze market studies, extract contact lists, and identify key opportunities. - Follow up on contacts made at trade shows and organise post‑event relaunch. - Conduct brand and market intelligence to support sales strategies. - Research and identify relevant industry trade shows and events. - Assemble product sample kits for prospective clients. **Required Skills** - Strong written and verbal communication in French; basic English proficiency is desirable. - Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Comfortable with cold‑calling, account research, and prospect qualification. - Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work independently. - Ability to collaborate across teams (marketing, sales). **Required Education & Certifications** - Current university student in commerce, marketing, business administration, or related field. - No specific certifications required.
