**Job title** Manager, Global Security **Role Summary** Lead and oversee all transportation and physical security functions for a multinational logistics organization. Develop and execute security strategies for air, ocean, rail, and road networks; manage high‑value shipment protection, physical security of offices and warehouses, and client‑specific security audits and compliance. **Job Title** Pricing Specialist – Air Freight **Role Summary** Responsible for developing, analyzing and executing pricing strategies for international air freight RFQs and spot quotes. Works closely with operations, field stations and sales to deliver accurate, competitive bids, manage carrier relationships, and support business growth through cost control and process improvement. **Expectations** - Deliver timely, accurate quotes and RFQs for all air freight customers. - Increase win rates and profitability through market‑adjusted pricing. - Ensure compliance with freight, customs and dangerous goods regulations. - Provide data‑driven insights to influence pricing decisions. - Actively improve pricing processes and reduce operational costs. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Develop and assess strategic and operational pricing initiatives for air freight. 2. Manage RFQs and spot quotes, including tenders above €500 k. 3. Respond to monthly quote requests and collaborate with sales to optimize bids. 4. Coordinate with field stations and operations to select carriers and maximize forecasted benefits. 5. Maintain complete and accurate pricing documentation and contracts. 6. Conduct risk assessments and apply pricing adjustments accordingly. 7. Generate reports and data analyses to support pricing strategy and decision‑making. 8. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction in air freight pricing. 9.
