**Job Title**: Senior Manager, Security Systems **Role Summary** Oversee global physical security systems, ensuring optimal performance, functionality, and integration across enterprise environments. Collaborate with IT, Facilities, and Security teams to implement upgrades, manage vendor relationships, and maintain compliance with technical and operational standards. **Expectations** Minimum of 3–5 years managing complex physical security systems in enterprise environments; 10+ years total professional experience. Comfort with international travel required. **Key Responsibilities** - Administer access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and mass notification systems. - Lead technology upgrades/migrations, system implementations, and firmware updates. - Conduct security audits, diagnostics, and backup procedures to maintain system integrity. - Evaluate vendor performance, manage contracts, and oversee service-level agreements. - Respond to incidents, provide after-hours support, and document operational playbooks. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align security solutions with organizational needs. - Support security operations for domestic and international sites. **Required Skills** - Proven expertise in security platforms (e.g., Lenel, S2, Milestone, ExacqVision). - Technical mastery in administering access/control systems, cameras, biometrics, sensors, and alarms. - Strong system troubleshooting and project management capabilities. - Vendor management, contract negotiation, and stakeholder communication skills. - Experience with security standards and incident response protocols. **Required Education & Certifications** Bachelor’s degree in IT, Security Systems, or related discipline (or equivalent experience). No certifications required, though familiarity with cybersecurity best practices is advantageous.
