Job Description

Job Title: Scrum Master Role Summary: Lead and coach cross‑functional, multi‑disciplinary teams in a high‑assurance defense environment, driving agile delivery, continuous improvement, and stakeholder alignment to ensure timely, quality outcomes. Expectations: Deliver consistent sprint cadence, maintain agile maturity, facilitate transparent communication with senior stakeholders, and proactively remove impediments to keep projects on schedule and within security standards. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate sprint ceremonies (planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, reviews). - Act as liaison between engineering, design, and stakeholder groups. - Identify and resolve delivery blockers and risks swiftly. - Communicate progress, risks, and issues to senior stakeholders. - Promote continuous improvement and agile best practices across the team. - Ensure adherence to security and accreditation standards during delivery. Required Skills: - Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead on large‑scale technology or defense programmes. - Deep knowledge of agile methodologies, DevSecOps, and cross‑functional delivery. - Strong stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities. - Ability to diagnose and eliminate impediments in complex, secure environments. - Experience with agile tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is advantageous. Required Education & Certifications: - Active Security Clearance (SC required; DV advantageous). - Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMI‑ACP) preferred but not mandatory.
