Job Title: Scrum Master Role Summary: Lead and coach cross‑functional, multi‑disciplinary teams in a high‑assurance defense environment, driving agile delivery, continuous improvement, and stakeholder alignment to ensure timely, quality outcomes. Expectations: Deliver consistent sprint cadence, maintain agile maturity, facilitate transparent communication with senior stakeholders, and proactively remove impediments to keep projects on schedule and within security standards.
