Job Description
Job title: Senior Integration Systems Engineer Role Summary: Provide full‑life‑cycle systems engineering support to a federal program management office, focusing on integration of technology solutions to protect national borders. Required Skills: • 10 + years of systems engineering in large, complex federal programs (or 7 + years with a Master’s) • Proficiency in DHS/DoD acquisition and systems engineering life cycle processes • Advanced requirements analysis, trade study development, and CONOPS creation • Strong problem‑solving, organizational, communication, and leadership abilities • Experience with integration, automation, monitoring, and cybersecurity tools • Independent initiative with proven teamwork and collaboration skills • Ability to travel out of state on a monthly basis Required Education & Certifications: • STEM Bachelor’s degree (minimum) or Master’s with at least 7 years qualified experience • Eligibility for U.S. Customs and Border Protection Biometric Identification (CBP BI); active CBP BI highly preferred.
