**Job Title** Marketing Operations Intern **Role Summary** Provide operational and marketing support within a growing legal services firm. Execute day‑to‑day office tasks, manage print and labeling workflows, assist with client gifting, event setup, and marketing activities, while collaborating across teams to ensure smooth business operations. **Expectations** - Entry‑level or student candidate with a strong “can‑do” attitude. - Reliable, punctual, and able to follow direction. - Comfortable participating in light lifting and physical office tasks. - Adaptable, coachable, and eager to take initiative. **Key Responsibilities** - Assist with daily office operations and administrative duties. - Manage printing, labeling, and packaging tasks, including large print runs. - Coordinate client gifting initiatives: ordering, organizing, and preparing deliveries. - Perform light physical tasks such as moving items and setting up for events. - Run occasional errands to support team needs. - Capture photographs at firm events and support marketing collateral creation. - Collaborate with team members on assigned projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion. - Execute additional administrative or hands‑on tasks as required. **Required Skills** - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities. - Reliability and punctuality. - Positive, proactive mindset with willingness to learn. - Physical capability for light lifting and moving tasks. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). **Required Education & Certifications** - Current university student or recent graduate (any major). - No specific certifications required.
