Job Description
**Job title**: Sales Manager – Digital Platform (LOOP) **Role Summary**: Own the full B2B sales cycle for LOOP, a SaaS website platform, from lead generation to closing and handover to Customer Success. Drive revenue by prospecting, qualifying, demoing, proposing, and negotiating deals with attractions, zoos, museums, and leisure venues. **Expectations**: - Deliver individual revenue and activity targets as part of the sales team. - Maintain a robust sales pipeline, responding quickly to inbound leads. - Collaborate with CEO and Marketing to refine targeting and messaging. - Provide feedback on lead quality and market trends. **Key Responsibilities**: 1. Prospect and outreach to new target accounts. 2. Manage the entire sales process: qualification → discovery → demo → proposal → close. 3. Conduct discovery calls and demos, tailoring presentations to customer needs. 4. Create and submit proposals and quotes; negotiate terms with executive approval. 5. Enter and update accurate, complete sales data in CRM. 6. Meet or exceed individual revenue and activity KPIs. 7. Partner with Business Development Lead on strategic opportunities. 8. Attend industry events, trade shows, and meetings to build pipeline. 9. Ensure smooth transition to Customer Success post‑close. **Required Skills**: - 1‑4 years of B2B SaaS or digital agency sales experience. - Proven ability to present demos and explain digital concepts clearly. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Self‑motivated pipeline builder with a results‑driven mindset. - Comfortable with CRM usage and data‑driven sales process. - Friendly, proactive, and capable of building trust quickly. - Adaptable to new technologies and process optimizations. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
