Job Description

Job Title: Security Supervisor – Kelowna Mobile Patrol Role Summary: Lead and manage a team of mobile patrol officers, ensuring adherence to security protocols, maintaining operational readiness, and delivering competent field service for alarm responses and client site visits. Expectations: • Maintain daily patrol schedules and vehicle fleet operations. • Coaching, mentoring, and performance management of security staff. • Timely, accurate preparation of incident and daily reports. • Respond promptly to phone and email communications. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate and supervise all mobile patrol operations, including HomeWatch and alarm response programs. - Use TrackTik Security Software to schedule patrols, assign shifts, and oversee fleet vehicle maintenance. - Review, prepare, and submit all staff and incident reports. - Conduct site assessments and meet with new clients to establish security requirements. - Manage shift calendars, including vacation coverage and staffing adjustments. - Respond to alarm calls and emergency situations while maintaining professional conduct. Required Skills - Leadership experience in a supervisory security role. - Strong written and verbal communication; proficient report writing. - Competent with MS Office and comfortable using security software systems. - Ability to obtain and maintain security clearances. - Sound knowledge of TrackTik Security Software. - Effective time‑management and responsiveness to communications. Required Education & Certifications - BC Security Workers License (valid). - Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract. - Background verification and security clearance capability.
