Job Title: Senior Fullstack Developer PHP/Symfony F/H
Role Summary: Partner with the founder to deliver, optimize, and scale the platform’s technical architecture. Drive full‑stack development, frontend UX revamps, and innovation while maintaining high performance and stability.
Expactations: • 5+ years of professional PHP/Symfony development
• Proven ability to write and maintain unit, integration, and E2E tests (PHPUnit, Playwright)
• Hands‑on experience with Docker, containerized environments, and Docker Compose
• Skilled in Webpack Encore, Twig, JavaScript, and modern frontend workflows
• Familiarity with static analysis tools such as Psalm and PHP‑CS‑Fixer
• Sensitivity to design and UX/UI, with a track record of improving user experiences
• Autonomous project ownership, initiative‑driven, and strong prioritisation skills
• Comfortable in an agile, collaborative team setting and enjoys technical problem‑solving
Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and optimize scalable features across the full stack.
• Continuously enhance platform performance, reliability, and security.
• Lead frontend UI/UX redesign in partnership with the product manager to create intuitive experiences.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap, proposing innovative solutions that boost product value.
• Keep the team updated on emerging technologies and best practices.
• Produce clear, maintainable documentation to support future development and maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with other developers and product teams to ensure smooth integration of new features.
Required Skills: • PHP 8.2+, Symfony 5.4+
• Docker, Docker Compose, Make, GitHub Actions, AWS, CI/CD pipelines
• MariaDB with Doctrine ORM, SQL proficiency
• Twig, JavaScript, Webpack Encore, frontend tooling
• PHPUnit, Psalm, PHP‑CS‑Fixer, Playwright (E2E testing)
• Strong unit/integration testing practices
• Agile development experience (Scrum/Kanban)
Required Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience. No specific certifications required.
