Job Description
**Job Title**: Salesforce & AI Automation Administrator **Role Summary** Administers Salesforce and AI-powered automation (no‑code tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make and AI platforms like OpenAI) to streamline and scale business processes. Works with stakeholders and product managers to design, deploy, and maintain secure, efficient automated workflows across integrated systems (BI, data lakes, communication tools). **Expectations** - Deliver reliable Salesforce administration and AI automation solutions on time. - Ensure platform stability, security compliance, and documentation standards. - Collaborate across technical and non‑technical teams; provide training and support. **Key Responsibilities** - Configure and manage Salesforce (data, reports, dashboards, access controls). - Evaluate, scope, and implement Salesforce enhancement requests. - Handle service desk tickets, testing, upgrades, and new feature roll‑outs. - Design, build, and administer n8n (or similar) workflows; maintain API keys and credentials. - Create and refine prompt templates for AI models; stay current on LLM and prompt engineering trends. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve automation accuracy, reliability, and performance. - Analyze business processes with stakeholders; recommend and document automation solutions. - Produce project scopes, deployment schedules, and technical documentation. - Coordinate with contractors/vendors on Salesforce, integration, and automation projects. - Provide training, governance, and best‑practice enforcement for automation initiatives. **Required Skills** - 2–4 years Salesforce administration (process automation, data management, reporting, dashboards). - Hands‑on experience with no‑code automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make). - Proficient with APIs, webhooks, JSON; integration across multiple systems. - Understanding of prompt engineering and AI model usage. - Strong documentation, training, and communication for non‑technical audiences. - Analytical, problem‑solving, and project management abilities. - Excellent organizational and detail orientation. - Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments. - Willingness to provide flexible hours and on‑call support. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience. - Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
