**Job Title:** GenAI Solution Architect
**Role Summary:**
Design, architect, and implement advanced generative AI solutions focused on autonomous agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and scalable cloud deployments. Lead the technical strategy for AI workflows, ensuring robust, interoperable, and secure systems that deliver high ROI for business use cases.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver end‑to‑end GenAI architectures that are scalable, interoperable, and secure.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to identify high‑impact use cases.
- Stay current with emerging frameworks, models, and best practices in generative AI.
- Mentor and guide AI engineers throughout implementation phases.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Architect sophisticated GenAI workflows using LangGraph and Google ADK.
- Implement RAG pipelines, optimizing retrieval and generation for relevance.
- Ensure agent interoperability via A2A and MCP protocols.
- Evaluate business scenarios to prioritize use cases with maximal ROI.
- Conduct active technical research to assess new tools, models, and industry trends.
- Secure APIs and services using OAuth 2.0 and related standards.
- Deploy solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud‑native practices.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
**Required Skills:**
- Senior data scientist or AI architect with distributed systems expertise.
- Strong coding skills in Python; proficiency with AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.).
- Extensive experience with LangGraph, Google ADK, A2A, MCP, and RAG architectures.
- Deep knowledge of GCP services (AI Platform, Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, etc.).
- Containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm.
- OAuth 2.0 and API security fundamentals.
- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication abilities.
- Autonomous, proactive, and solution‑oriented mindset.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Professional Cloud Architect, TensorFlow Developer, or equivalent) preferred but not mandatory.
