Job Description
**Job title** Digital Marketing Project Assistant (Intern) **Role Summary** Support the CEO in driving B2B lead generation through content creation, channel optimization, and performance analysis. Work across paid and organic acquisition channels to build brand awareness and convert prospects for an impact‑focused startup. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality, SEO‑friendly content (articles, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, infographics, videos). - Maintain and improve website, landing pages, and SEO/SEA performance. - Track and manage leads through the funnel, converting prospects into clients. - Analyse data to report on acquisition and conversion metrics. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and contribute ideas for growth initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** - Create and publish branded content on web, LinkedIn, newsletters, and other platforms. - Optimize on‑page SEO (keywords, meta, structure) and manage SEM campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads). - Design visuals with Canva and edit videos with CapCut. - Monitor engagement and conversion data; adjust tactics to meet KPI targets. - Coordinate participation in industry events and trade shows. - Conduct keyword research using SEMRush; assess and refine keyword strategy. - Report regularly on lead flow, campaign performance, and ROI. **Required Skills** - Excellent written communication in French (and English proficiency preferred). - Strong SEO and digital marketing fundamentals. - Experience with content management systems, Canva, CAPCUT, SEMRush, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Office. - Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. - High level of self‑motivation, autonomy, and teamwork. - Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and adapt quickly. **Required Education & Certifications** - Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field. - Willingness to join in January 2026 for a 6‑month internship.
