Job Description: **Job title:** Customer Support Intern (French) **Role Summary:** Support users of a youth football mobile app by responding to and resolving support tickets in French and English, while gathering feedback to improve product quality and engagement. **Expactations:** - Work approximately 40 hrs/week for a 2‑month internship. - Prioritize user support; after stabilization, contribute to in‑app content to boost engagement and retention. - Communicate clearly with players, coaches, and clubs across Europe. **Key Responsibilities:** - Triage and resolve user support tickets via the app/CRM. - Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date documentation of common issues and solutions. - Alert product and engineering teams to recurring problems or feature requests. - Collaborate with the Customer Experience team on user‑centric improvements. - Assist in creating and updating in‑app content to encourage user engagement. **Required Skills:** - Fluency written and spoken in English and French. - Strong communication, problem‑solving, and time‑management abilities. - Customer‑service orientation; ability to stay calm under pressure. - Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive idea‑sharing. - Knowledge of French youth football culture and terminology is a plus. - Familiarity with support tools (CRM, help‑desk software) and basic data entry skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university/college program (any discipline); no specific certification required.
