Job Description
**Job title:** Assistant Sales & Events Manager (Internship/Apprenticeship) **Role Summary:** Support the commercial and events department of a luxury hospitality estate by managing reservations, developing B2B event opportunities, handling client communication, and coordinating with service providers. **Expectations:** - Work in an internship or long‑term apprenticeship of 6+ months starting December 2025. - Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive revenue and event bookings. - Deliver high‑quality customer service across multiple digital platforms. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Reservation Management - Process and track bookings on Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and the estate’s website. - Update listings, descriptions and media; handle payment and security deposit admin. 2. Event & Seminar Development - Assist in B2B outreach via Kactus, Naboo, Team House. - Draft proposals, quotes and coordinate event logistics with third‑party providers. 3. Commercial Follow‑up & Communication - Respond to client inquiries via email, WhatsApp and phone. - Create and send targeted mailings to corporate prospects; support digital marketing on Instagram and LinkedIn. 4. Guest Experience - Monitor guest satisfaction pre‑, during and post‑stay. - Coordinate check‑in/out processes and suggest additional services (chef, activities, etc.). 5. Vendor Coordination - Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance and front‑office teams for seamless service delivery. - Monitor inventory levels and assist with procurement of linens, cleaning supplies and consumables. **Required Skills:** - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English. - Service‑oriented mindset and proactive problem‑solving. - Familiarity with Airbnb/Booking.com dashboards and basic CMS. - Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and social media tools. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Enrolled in or recent graduate of a business, hospitality, marketing or communications program. - No mandatory certifications, but knowledge of digital marketing or event management is advantageous.
